I wasn’t always in shape.
​
I was stuck in that cycle so many lads know too well, training half-heartedly during the week, then blowing it all every weekend getting smashed, eating crap and starting over every Monday.

On the outside, it probably looked like I had things together online. But I didn’t respect the man I saw in the mirror.

Deep down, I knew I was going through the motions. And that hit harder than any hangover ever could.
​
The shift came when I stopped accepting “average” as normal. I decided to raise my standards, starting with my body.

From that point on, I went all in.
